The Challenge

Our client needed to be able to differentiate between credit card applications and credit increase requests they received from the business. They needed to ensure the administrator not only received timely notifications, but also were able to see the various stages within each process request. Previously, requests were often missed and employees, and their supervisors, were becoming frustrated by delays.

The Solution

Starting with a Smartsheet custom form, we were not only able to allow employees to specify which type of request they had, but we were able to build automations around the process to ensure timely communications. Coupled with Smartsheet’s DocuSign integration, the client was able to get signatures from supervisors to align with the company’s requirements.
