Our client needed more consistency with what information was being collected at the jobsite, as well as, have the Service Manager receive site visit details promptly upon completion of request.

The Solution

Utilizing Smartsheet Forms, the techs were able to quickly, easily, and completely fill out the site visit details while the Service Manager utilized Smartsheet’s dashboard capabilities to more effectively track active service tickets and provide updates to the Operations Manager
