The Challenge

Due to lack of attention and resources, our client found themselves well behind on records destruction that aligned with their retention schedule. Project folders needed to be reliabily destroyed after a set period of time following their financial close date.

The Solution

Our team was able to evaluate the current state, propose an accepted new process, and able to create all the necessary tools within Smartsheet. Utilizing a master sheet for the Admin to maintain, we assisted with importing all current records into Smartsheet, creating Reports that allowed for much easier review/management, and assembling a Dashboard that delighted both the Admin and their Steering Team.
